Returns & Exchanges

At Los Angeles Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our US-made garments and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. Please note that certain items, such as bodysuits, swimwear, and clearance products, are final sale for hygienic and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
